Comfy bed, great WiFi. The location was awesome, it was easy to walk to all the places I wanted to check out 😊.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. A MUST!!!

The breakfast was only sweet rolls and cerial. We usually stay in a Best Western where they serve eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy. We really missed those hot meals at breakfast.

This affordable hotel offers a great selection of large rooms. The staff are efficient and outstandingly accommodating. The location is perfect, close to the bay. There's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like Steak 'n Shake, situated within 15 minutes walk or so, I loved this place.

All rooms come equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a small fridge, and a microwave. The private bathroom with bathtubs was a great feature. The pool area was pleasant. The location is peaceful and conveniently close to local eateries, shopping centers, and a mall.

It was a short drive to surrounding attractions, and the beach! The front desk employees were friendly. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh! The outside appearance of the hotel was clean, and pleasant.

On the first morning, I found a roach crawling on the wall near the coffee maker. My teen daughter had a foam cup with a lid nearby and I was able to collect the roach and show it to management. I was disgusted by this and found myself looking everywhere just to make sure I couldn't find anymore, and luckily I didn't. Management moved me to another room that day! A few days into my stay, I was heading to the beach and asked housekeeping to put fresh towels in my room so when I got back we wouldn't have to wait for them. Upon my return several hours later, I found that my room door was open. Apparently when they put clean towels in my room they didn't shut the door completely. This didn't make me feel very secure about leaving my personal items in the room when I left. I did a quick inventory of my things, and, thankfully, none of my personal belongings were missing. I noticed a bottle cap and trash in the stairwell for several days. (Yes, I intentionally left it there to see if they vacuumed often.) The carpet should have been vacuumed within the length of time I was in this hotel. I stayed 6 nights in this establishment, and it would have been more pleasant if I didn't have these issues to deal with!

The fact that there was no laundry facilities..When you travel, you do not like to hunt laundry facilities..and no work out room..

We were provided with clean and nicely decorated rooms, each equipped with a modern bathroom and WiFi.

Great location, walking distance to everything, rooms with wifi, and a nice pool area.

The location was good for my stay in Panama City and I thought at the time of reservation it was a good deal.

After I checked in and got in the room I thought it was a little bit small and then i noticed that the carpet was filthy, the shower had paint pilling from the walls and the sheets had cigarette burns in them.My next trip I will find a better hotel.

The location for the beach was not too bad, it was around 15 miles.

The room (suite) we stayed in was looking very tired. The sofa and the window seat were badly stained. The carpet looked like it had had about 100 years of wear. The walls are not soundproof and you could hear every other room door being closed in the corridor. The swimming pool looked very dirty and the water was not clear so rather than take a chance we did not swim in it. Had we been staying longer than the two days we had booked, I would have insisted that we moved to somewhere better.

Convenient location near local restaurants and eateries, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. 🍳 Plus, a good complimentary breakfast included during the stay.

This was a wondeful stay. We always enjoy the cleanliness and modernation of the hotel; and everytime I have stayed, the Staff was Superb!!!

I loved the room with wifi. Excellent and super friendly staff, provided information if needed. The total experience was decent, I recommend.

The staff was real nice made u feel welcome. I will be back
